Biography
I have been practicing law in California for over 30 years, dedicating my adult life to the pursuit of justice for the victims of negligent acts. I have stood up for those individuals who normally would not have the ability to take on the big corporations and insurance carriers who often ignore or take advantage of the injured and/or oppressed.
Prior to this website going "live", my impeccable reputation in the legal community and thousands of satisfied clients have been the only advertising I have ever needed to run my practice. The referrals I have received are a testimony to my knowledge and integrity. Money cannot buy someone's trust and appreciation.
I was born and raised in the Bay Area. I graduated from Piedmont High School and then attended San Diego University. I received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with distinction. Along the way, I realized my passion for knowledge and helping others. I decided to stay in the San Diego area and attended California Western School of Law. I was admitted to the California State Bar on June 13, 1984.
My philosophy is simple: be honest, ethical and the one who does the right thing even when no one else will. It is simple and effective. After 30 years of being a lawyer, I can honestly say that I still love the law and the challenge that comes with helping others.
